Abstract

PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Pekanbaru branch is a subsidiary of PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. This study aims to examine the Effect internal control and work motivation on the performance of employees PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with descriptive quantitative research method. Based on the hypothesis and analysis of research results, it can be concluded that internal control variables affect the performance of employees of PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Branch Pekanbaru. Work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Branch Pekanbaru. Internal control and work motivation effect simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Branch Pekanbaru
